Not surprisingly we are getting asked a lot of questions about what grants are available because of the current restrictions.
These basically fall into 4 categories:
Furlough Scheme - which is helpful if you have employees that cannot work.
SEISS - the 3rd SE grant closed in January but there will be a 4th grant, details of which will be announced on 3 March.
Loans - the most popular loan scheme is the Bounce Back Loan, and you can still apply for this until the 31 March.
Other Local Authority grants - This is the one we get asked about the most at the moment. There are various grants available depending on your type of business, the current restrictions and how your businesses has suffered. The important thing to note here is they are administered by the Local Authority and each LA will have different funds available and different criteria, so it is well worth checking the LA website or calling them to find out what is available.
